For GB Vascular Chip (GBOC0001)

Product Description

By inducing the self-assembly of vascular organoids and tumor organoids derived from pluripotent stem cells, GB Vascular Chip establishes a functional vascularized tumor model. Immune cells can be further introduced to construct an immune-vascular-tumor co-culture model that simulates the tumor microenvironment, enhancing the clinical relevance of drug sensitivity testing.

Product Features

  • Co-culture of vascular, tumor, immune, and mesenchymal cells simulates the authentic tumor microenvironment, overcoming the limitations of traditional 2D cell culture with high model fidelity.
  • Self-assembled tumor and vascular organoids provide a platform for dynamically observing tumor growth, vascularization, and immune microenvironment changes in real time with high operability.
  • Enables combination drug efficacy assessment, particularly for tumor immunotherapy and vascular-targeted therapy, offering higher clinical relevance than conventional organoid models.

Applications

  • Construction of tumor-vascular co-culture models for development and evaluation of novel immunotherapy drug combinations, especially anti-angiogenic agents combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors.
  • Addresses the lack of tumor microenvironment in traditional organoid models, providing more precise decision-making support for personalized cancer treatment.
  • Supports research on immune cell trans-endothelial migration and infiltration mechanisms
