Product Description

Instructions for Use
1. **Preparation**: Thaw frozen medium components at 4°C overnight or in a 37°C water bath. Mix gently without vortexing. Add supplements (if provided separately) according to the provided formulation sheet.
2. **Organoid Culture**: For established organoids, replace medium every 2-3 days by carefully aspirating spent medium and adding pre-warmed fresh medium. Typical volume is 500μL per well in 24-well plates.
3. **Establishment from Tissue**: Process tissue samples according to standard protocols, embed in ECM (Matrigel or equivalent), overlay with complete medium, and incubate at 37°C, 5% CO₂.
4. **Passaging**: When organoids reach appropriate density (typically 7-14 days), harvest using organoid dissociation solution, mechanically break into fragments, re-embed, and culture with fresh medium.
