Tissue Washing Solution

This product is used for washing tumor or normal tissues during pre-processing. It contains a combination of multiple antibiotics that work synergistically to provide effective antimicrobial action, significantly reducing contamination rates during primary cell culture.

(1) Remove Tissue Washing Solution from 2-8°C refrigerator and place in a cooling rack. (2) Prepare a 6 cm culture dish, label with sample information, and add appropriate amount of pre-cooled Tissue Washing Solution. (3) Wipe the tissue preservation tube surface with 75% ethanol, transfer to biosafety cabinet, let stand 1-2 minutes for tissue to settle. Open the cap, use a Pasteur pipette to carefully remove the supernatant preservation solution while retaining the tissue at the bottom. Add approximately 5 mL of pre-cooled Tissue Washing Solution and wash for 1 minute. Let stand for tissue to settle, then remove supernatant. Repeat washing 3-5 times (volume and frequency may be adjusted based on tissue size and cleanliness). (4) After final wash, use a pipette or Pasteur pipette to remove most of the washing solution. Transfer tissue to the 6 cm culture dish using a pre-rinsed Pasteur pipette. Leave a small amount of washing solution around the tissue to prevent drying. Use sterile ophthalmic scissors and forceps to remove as much fat, connective tissue, and necrotic regions as possible.
