Description

This Tissue Preservation Solution is a premium sterile chemical reagent designed for preservation and transportation of tissue and cell samples. All components are non-toxic to tissues and cells, ensuring no interference with normal physiological functions of tissues and cells. It effectively maintains sample viability for 48-72 hours during transport.

Instructions

(1) To improve organoid construction success rate, tissue samples should meet the following quality criteria: 1) Tissue volume: minimum 1 cm³; tissue should contain abundant cells with minimal connective tissue and vascular components. 2) Freshness: post-excision time less than 6 hours; tissue should appear bright with no obvious necrotic regions or purulent exudate. 3) Cleanliness: no contaminants attached; preservation solution should be clear with no visible suspended pollutants. (2) During transport and storage, biological samples must be maintained at 2-8°C. Calculate sample volume and add at least 3-5x volume of Tissue Preservation Solution to fully immerse the tissue block. (3) The preservation solution effectively protects samples for 48-72 hours.
