Mouse liver organoids are derived from Lgr5+ dual-potential stem cells of the intrahepatic bile duct (intrahepatic bile duct) of mice, which are activated under liver injury conditions.Organoids express liver stem cell/progenitor cell markers (PROM1, AXIN2, SOX9, CD44), bile duct markers (KRT19, HNF1b) and liver cell markers (HNF4a, AFP).It can be grown in Matrigel dome or diluted Matrigel suspension culture, and passed down every 4-7 days, with an average transmission ratio of 1:25.
